For the crust:
Preheat oven to 450°F. Place shredded cauliflower in a large microwave-safe bowl. Microwave for 8 minutes.
After that squeez the cauliflour, all the excess moisture out.
Add egg, mozzarella, garlic, and salt to the cauliflower, stirring to combine. Pat the mixture into a 12-inch round on prepared pan. Brush with olive oil.
Bake for 12 to 15 minutes until golden. Remove crust from oven.
For the toppings:
In a non stick pan heat oil, add onion, belpepper, capcicum and saute it for 2/3minutes. After that add chicken and saute for 2minutes.
Spread sauce over pizza crust. Arrange the chicken topping over crust. Sprinkle with cheese and origano.
Broil for 3 to 4 minutes, until cheese is melted. Cut into slices and serve hot.
